1. General Policy
We accept returns and exchanges only for products that are defective, damaged during shipping, or
incorrect (i.e., wrong item received).To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by
proof of purchase.All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Exceptions to Returns and Refunds
Crockery and Fragile Items
Due to the delicate nature of crockery and other fragile items, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will
be accepted for these products once they are delivered in good condition.Customers are requested to inspect fragile items at the time of delivery. Any damage must be
reported immediately upon receipt, along with photos and videos as proof.Personalized or Custom Orders
Items that are customized, personalized, or specially made to order are non-refundable and non-
returnable unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.Discounted or Clearance Products
Items purchased during sales or on clearance are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
3. Return Process
1. Initiate a Request: Email us at orders@jadeseternal.com or contact us through our customer service
portal with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if applicable).
2. Approval and Instructions: Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and
where to send the item. Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the error is on
our part.
3. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it. If it meets our return
criteria, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.4. Damaged or Defective Products
– If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with
clear photos or videos.– We will offer a replacement or store credit for eligible cases. Refunds will not be issued for damaged
items, except under exceptional circumstances.

Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship within India. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure you
